Professor Joslin Leads ABA-CLE Discussion of Same-Sex Estate Planning

Professor Courtney Joslin moderated a panel on "Estate and Tax Planning for Same-Sex Couples" that was broadcast as an American Bar Association Continuing Legal Education webinar and teleconference on February 22.  Also participating in the panel were Patricia A. Cain, Inez Mabie Distinguished Professor of Law, Santa Clara University School of Law, Timothy T. Thomas, the Law Office of Timothy L. Thomas, and Michele Zavos of Zavos Juncker Law Group.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
