Professor Jorjani Comments on Deportation Cases for Daily Journal

Professor Raha Jorjani commented on the legal problems facing legal immigrants who face possible deportation over decades-old criminal convictions for a story in the San Francisco-based Daily Journal.  "I can't emphasize enough how complex this area of law is, and added to that, the law is constantly changing," said Professor Jorjani.

Raha Jorjani is a staff attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic at the UC Davis School of Law with a special interest in advocacy on behalf of detained immigrants.
