Professor Joo Speaks at Harvard Law School

Professor Thomas Joo spoke at Harvard Law School on November 7 as part of a symposium entitled "Advancing a New Jurisprudence for American Self-Government and Democracy."  Professor Joo participated in a panel discussion of "Corporations and the First Amendment."

The conference was co-sponsored by Harvard Law School and Free Speech for People (FSFP), a nonprofit organization that "works to challenge the misuse of corporate power and restore republican democracy to the people." Professor Joo is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of FSFP.

Joo, a professor at UC Davis School of Law, specializes in the areas of corporate governance and race and the law.
