Professor Joo Comments on Hewlett-Packard Scandal

Thomas Joo, a professor of law with special interests in corporate governance, contracts, and race and law, commented in The Sacramento Bee on the upcoming trial of Patricia Dunn, a former Hewlett-Packard in-house counsel, accused of obtaining personal information under false pretenses in an effort to stop leaks to the media. "Conspiracy is always easier to prove than proving you committed the crime," Joo says in the article.
