Professor Joh's podcast addresses prosecutorial discretion

On episode 38 of the podcast “What Trump Can Teach Us About Con Law,” Professor Elizabeth Joh and co-host Roman Mars address prosecutorial discretion, and how it applied to the sentencing of President Trump's associate Roger Stone.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
