Professor Joh takes part in Berkeley symposium on technology law and anti-racism

On Nov. 13, Professor Elizabeth Joh participated in the panel “On Surveillance, Law Enforcement, and Race” as part of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal-Berkeley Center for Law & Technology symposium “Technology Law as a Vehicle for Anti-Racism.”

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
