Professor Joh Speaks at UC Berkeley Center for the Study of Law and Society
On February 22, Professor Elizabeth Joh spoke at the UC Berkeley Center for the Study of Law and Society, where she presented her article, "The New Surveillance Discretion: Automated Suspicion, Big Data, and Policing."
Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies.
