Professor Joh Speaks at CATO Institute

Professor Elizabeth Joh spoke at the CATO Institute conference on “The State of American Criminal Justice” held December 7 in Washington, D.C.  Professor Joh took part in a panel discussion on “The Intersection of Technology, Oversight, and Legitimacy in 21st Century Policing.”

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies.
