Professor Joh Speaks at American Constitution Society Convention, Stanford Law
Professor Elizabeth Joh spoke recently at the American Constitution Society 2010 National Convention and at Stanford Law School. At the American Constitution Society Convention, held June 17-19 in Washington, D.C., Professor Joh was a panelist for the session on "Technology, Change and the Future of the Fourth Amendment" on June 18. At Stanford, Professor Joh gave a talk on nonconsensual DNA collection at the Stanford Center for Law and Biosciences on May 26.
Elizabeth Joh is a Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law who researches in the areas of criminal law and procedure. She has special interests in the fields of policing, criminal justice privatization, and the sociology of law.
