Professor Joh Presents at Vanderbilt Law School

Professor Elizabeth Joh presented a paper on November 6 at Vanderbilt Law School's Criminal Justice Roundtable.  The article, "The New Surveillance Discretion," is forthcoming in the Harvard Law and Policy Review.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies.
