Professor Joh Presents at Annual Privacy Law Scholars Conference
Professor Elizabeth Joh presented her paper "The New Surveillance Discretion: Automated Suspicion, Big Data, and Policing" at the 2015 8th Annual Privacy Law Scholars Conference, an invitation-only event held at UC Berkeley School of Law.
Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies.
