Professor Joh Discusses 'Victims of Police Federalism'

Professor Elizabeth Joh delivered a talk titled “The Victims of Police Federalism” on March 7 as part of Wayne State University’s fourth annual Paul A. Rosen Constitutional Law Speaker Series.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
