Professor Joh addresses Washington Supreme Court at AI symposium

On May 10, Professor Elizabeth Joh spoke before the Washington Supreme Court in Olympia, Wash., as part of the “Artificial Intelligence: A Critical Review of Its Use in Public Decisionmaking” symposium.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal procedure and policing, with a special emphasis on DNA evidence, undercover policing, and new surveillance technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
