Professor Jasmine Harris Presents at St. Louis University School of Law

Professor Jasmine Harris presented her paper, “The Dignity of Sexual Agency: Regulating Risk and Mental Disability,” at St. Louis University School of Law.  SLU Law and the American Society of Law, Medicine, and Ethics (ASLME) sponsor an annual Health Law Scholars Workshop for four junior health law scholars.  Professor Harris was selected for presentation by the event’s nominating committee, which seeks “papers that have an original thesis and will contribute to scholarly literature.” 

Professor Jasmine Harris joined the King Hall faculty in 2015 to teach evidence and disability law.  She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School and a former clerk for the Honorable Harold Baer, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. She has also worked at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr and with the Advancement Project, where she was as a staff attorney with the Schoolhouse to Jailhouse and Quality Education projects.
