Professor Irene Joe Speaks at Women Lawyers of Sacramento Luncheon

Professor Joe was the featured speaker at the Women Lawyers of Sacramento March luncheon. She discussed her research agenda, which focuses on public defender resource issues and the ethics of criminal justice.

Professor Joe currently teaches Criminal Law, Professional Responsibility, Voir Dire, and Criminal Trials: Theory and Practice at King Hall. She has significant experience in criminal litigation proceedings with prior experience representing indigent defendants in capital post-conviction litigation and children sentenced to life in prison without the opportunity for parole.
