Professor Imwinkelried Speaks on Evidence at Mercer University Law
Professor Edward Imwinkelried will present at a conference on neuroscience on October 22 at Mercer University Law School in Georgia. The subject of his presentation will be an epistemological approach to determining the admissibility of testimony based on the new theories and techniques being developed by brain scientists. The presentations will later be published in Mercer Law Review. That issue of Mercer Law Review will include an article on functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) by Charles Adelsheim '10.
Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field.
