Professor Imwinkelried Speaks at Criminal Evidence Seminar

On December 6, Professor Edward Imwinkelried appeared at a Criminal Evidence seminar sponsored by the Montana Bar in Missoula, Montana.   Professor Imwinkelried first lectured on the procedural framework of Evidence law-proffers, foundations, objections, motions to strike, preliminary fact-finding, instructions, and offers of proof.  Later he participated in a panel devoted to the mechanics and tactics of introducing evidence. 

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field.
