Professor Imwinkelried Speaks Alongside Justice Scalia to Colorado Defense Lawyers Association

On July 25 in Telluride, Colorado, Professor Edward Imwinkelried was one of the two speakers at the plenary session of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.  The other speaker at the session was U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. 

After Justice Scalia's introductory remarks on statutory interpretation, Professor Imwinkelried spoke on the subject of the cross-examination of expert witnesses.  Professor Imwinkelried based his presentation on his book, The Method of Attacking Scientific Evidence (5th ed. 2014).  There were approximately 250 attorneys in attendance at the plenary session.

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence scholar and has published extensively in the field.
