Professor Imwinkelried Lectures on Evidence for San Diego District Attorneys
On October 13, Professor Edward Imwinkelried lectured to the lawyers on the staff of the San Diego County District Attorney's Office at the San Diego Convention Center. He spoke on the topic of the procedural framework of Evidence law. In particular, he discussed foundations, objections, preliminary fact-finding, offers of proof, and limiting instructions.
The lecture gave Professor Imwinkelried an opportunity to visit with two 2014 King Hall graduates, Zachary Ray and Daniel Shimell, who are currently clerking in the District Attorney's Office.
Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence scholar and has published extensively in the field.
