Professor Imwinkelried Lectures on Evidence for North Carolina Advocates for Justice
Professor Edward Imwinkelried lectured at a Continuing Legal Education program sponsored by North Carolina Advocates for Justice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on December 5. He spoke on the subject of the procedural framework of evidence law: objections, preliminary fact-finding, offers of proof, and limiting instructions.
Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field. He is a coauthor of North Caroline Evidentiary Foundations (2d ed. 2006). His lecture in Winston-Salem was organized by coauthors including federal District Court Judge Catherine Eagles, Professor Donald Beskin of Duke University School of Law, and Professor Robert Mosteller of the University of North Carolina School of Law.
