Professor Imwinkelried Helps Draft Multistate Bar Examination

On September 30 and October 1, Professor Edward Imwinkelried attended a meeting of the Evidence Drafting Committee of the National Conference of Bar Examiners in Vancouver.  The committee drafted evidence questions for the MultiState Bar Examination, the national examination used by the overwhelming majority of states, including California.  The committee consists of two federal District Court judges and three academics.

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field.
