Professor Ikemoto discusses 'Health Care for All in a Religious State' at Maryland Carey Law

On Sept. 26, Professor Lisa Ikemoto discussed her work “Health Care for All in a Religious State” at the  Charm City Colloquium on Law & Bioethics at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore.

The event was co-sponsored by the law school and Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics.

Lisa Ikemoto, Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, has written extensively on genetic and reproductive technology, the regulation of fertility and pregnancy, and race and gender disparities in health care. Her current work examines emerging issues in regenerative medicine, including stem cell research, and the human tissues market.
