Professor Hillman Speaks on Partner De-Equitizations and Expulsions at AON Firm Symposium

Professor Robert Hillman spoke on partner de-equitizations and expulsions at the AON Law Firm Symposium last week in Chicago. The symposium is sponsored by AON Corporation, an international company providing risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human capital consulting. 

Professor Hillman holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law and is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
