Professor Hillman Speaks on Legal Implications of Titles at LMRM Conference
Professor Robert Hillman spoke on "Who is a Partner? The Legal Implications of Titles" at the 2011 Legal Malpractice and Risk Management Conference in Chicago on February 17. Professor Hillman was part of a panel discussion on the risks, benefits, and meaning behind the variety of titles used for senior lawyers of a law firm.
Professor Hillman holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law and is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
