Professor Hillman Speaks on Lawyer Mobility at Hildebrandt Baker Robbins

Professor Robert Hillman gave a presentation entitled "Challenges of Lawyer Mobility - Implications for Partnership Structures" at a roundtable for law firm general counsel organized by Hildebrandt Baker Robbins in Los Angeles on May 5.

Professor Hillman holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law and is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
