Professor Hillman Speaks at ABA Business Law Section Meeting

Professor Robert Hillman spoke at the American Bar Association Business Law Section meeting held in San Francisco on April 16-18. Professor Hillman participated in a panel on "Law Firm Bankruptcies and Dissolutions: Legal and Ethical Issues."

Robert Hillman is a Professor of Law and holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law.  He is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
