Professor Harris talks to Yale Law School students about pipeline to legal academia

On Sept. 9, Professor Jasmine E. Harris gave an online presentation for Yale Law School’s Latinx Law Students Association (LLSA) about the Latinx pipeline to legal academia and how to develop legal scholarship.

Harris is a Yale Law alumna and former LLSA board member. She has made the pipeline to legal academia a priority in her public service.

Jasmine E. Harris is a professor of law and Martin Luther King Jr. Hall Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law. Professor Harris is an expert in disability law, antidiscrimination law, and evidence. She is a law and equality scholar with a particular focus on disability. Professor Harris received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Dartmouth College.
