Professor Harris Speaks at Boston College Law School
Professor Jasmine E. Harris presented her forthcoming article, “Sexual Consent and Disability” to the faculty at Boston College Law School last week. Her paper will be published in the NYU Law Review in June.
Professor Harris’s research lies at the intersection of civil rights, civil procedure, and social psychology. She is particularly concerned with the ways in which rules and procedures can change social norms, and, currently, explores these questions in the disability context. Professor Harris teaches courses in Disability Rights Law and Evidence.
