Professor Harris discusses disability discrimination issues at Los Angeles library event

Professor Jasmine E. Harris recently joined Professor Ruth Colker of Ohio State’s Moritz College of Law for a conversation on “Ongoing Challenges of Disability Discrimination in Law, Politics and Society,” in an event sponsored by the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. Professor Michele Bratcher Goodwin of UC Irvine moderated the discussion.

Jasmine E. Harris is a professor of law and Martin Luther King Jr. Hall Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law. Professor Harris is an expert in disability law, antidiscrimination law, and evidence. She is a law and equality scholar with a particular focus on disability. Professor Harris received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Dartmouth College.
