Professor Green Updates California Title Insurance Regulatory Survey

Professor Lawrence Green recently completed updating the California Title Insurance Regulatory Survey published by the American Land Title Association.  The California Survey is part of the six-volume American Land Title Association Title Insurance Survey covering title insurance throughout the United States.  Professor Green was one of the original co-authors of the California Survey and was responsible for the previous update in 2007.  

Professor Green, a Legal Research and Writing professor at King Hall, was formerly counsel for the California Land Title Association (CLTA). During his career as counsel for the CLTA, he represented the title insurance industry in California on legislative and administrative matters and was responsible for an active amicus curiae program in California and federal courts.
