Professor Frank Testifies before California Senate Committee on Environmental Quality

On April 15, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank testified before the California Senate Committee on Environmental Quality at an informational hearing on the state's most important environmental law: the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  Frank was invited to testify, as the committee's leadoff witness, on the 45-year history of CEQA, and to brief the senators on how CEQA interacts with California's other environmental laws.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
