Professor Frank teaches CEQA training course for judges

Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank participated as faculty in a recent training course for California judges on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Joining Professor Frank in teaching the intensive, two-day program were California Court of Appeal Justice Ronald Robie and two other experienced CEQA practitioners. The course was sponsored by the California Judicial Council.

Professor Frank ’74 is a leader in the field of environmental law, Professor of Environmental Practice and the founding director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
