Professor Frank Speaks at Water Law Conference in Sacramento

On December 9, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank`74 spoke at the California Water Law 2011 conference in Sacramento.  Frank briefed conference attendees on key water and environmental law decisions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court this past year.  He also previewed several other water and environmental cases pending before the justices in their current 2011-12 term.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
