Professor Frank Speaks at U.S. District Court Conference

On October 15, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke to the annual conference of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.  Professor Frank was invited by the Presiding Judge of the Eastern District to organize and lead a panel discussion on the topic, "Dividing the Waters: Western Water Law and Policy Challenges for an Uncertain Future." The presentation focused on the key water-related legal and policy challenges likely to arise in the foreseeable future, with a particular focus on those water issues likely to come before the federal courts.

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
