Professor Frank Speaks on the Takings Clause at Berkeley Conference

On November 5-6, Professor Richard Frank spoke at the "Litigating Regulatory Takings Challenges to Land Use and Environmental Regulations" conference held at the UC Berkeley School of Law.  The focus of Frank's presentation was on the intersection of the Takings Clause of the U.S. Constitution, water rights, and the federal Endangered Species Act.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, recently was named as founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
