Professor Frank Speaks at State Bar Environmental Law Conference

Professor Rick Frank spoke at the California State Bar's annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite National Park on October 23, participating in a panel discussion of "Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Courts of Appeal."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, recently was named as founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
