Professor Frank Speaks to Prosecutors on Environmental Enforcement

On June 15, Professor Rick Frank spoke to a statewide group of environmental prosecutors at an "Advanced Topics in Environmental Enforcement" conference sponsored by the California District Attorneys Association.  Frank provided conference attendees with a review of key federal and state environmental law and policy developments over the past year.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
