Professor Frank Speaks on Key State and Federal Environmental Decisions to California County Counsels Association

Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank spoke on December 1 to the annual conference of the California County Counsels' Association in Napa, providing attendees with an overview of key state and federal judicial decisions from the past year.  Topics Frank covered included property rights, government legal ethics, medicinal marijuana litigation, the U.S. and California Supreme Court environmental dockets, and land use litigation trends.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
