Professor Frank Speaks on High Speed Rail Project at UC Berkeley

On April 28, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ‘74 spoke at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.  Frank's presentation focused on the current public controversy surrounding California's High Speed Rail initiative, which was approved by state voters in 2008, and the multiple environmental benefits that High Speed Rail will bring California.  In 2013, the State Senate Rules Committee appointed Professor Frank to serve on the Board of Directors of California's High Speed Rail Authority. 

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
