Professor Frank Speaks on Groundwater at Water Resources Control Board Event

On September 27 in Sacramento, Professor Rick Frank delivered a presentation at the Water Quality Coordinating Meeting of California's State Water Resources Control Board and nine Regional Water Quality Control Boards.  Frank was invited to speak at this event, held annually for California's water pollution control and water allocation officials, by the Vice Chair and Chief Counsel of the State Water Resources Control Board.  Frank spoke on the subject, "The History and Law of Groundwater Regulation in California."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
