Professor Frank Speaks on ESA for Western Attorneys General

On July 19th, Professor Rick Frank `74 delivered an address to the Conference of Western Attorneys General on the subject of recent developments under the federal Endangered Species Act.  Frank briefed the Attorneys General of approximately 25 states and their staff members as part of the conference's annual meeting, held this year in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Professor Frank is Executive Director of the Center for Law, Energy, and the Environment at UC Berkeley and a Visiting Lecturer at King Hall.
