Professor Frank Speaks at Environmental Law Institute Boot Camp in Seattle

On March 19, Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank `74 spoke at the Environmental Law Institute's annual Environmental Law Boot Camp in Seattle, Washington.  The ELI Boot Camp is an intensive, three-day course providing new environmental lawyers (and those attorneys seeking to change their area of practice to environmental law) with an overview of the latest developments and trends in all facets of environmental and natural resources law.  Professor Frank's topic was, "Public Lands Management and Alternative Energy Siting."

Richard M. Frank is a Professor of Environmental Practice and Director of the California Environmental Law & Policy Center (CELPC). Formerly the executive director of the Center for Law, Energy, & the Environment (CLEE) at UC Berkeley School of Law, Frank returned to UC Davis School of Law in January 2010.  In addition to leading the CELPC, he teaches classroom courses in the environmental law curriculum.
