Professor Frank Speaks at Delta Conference

On October 18, Professor Richard Frank spoke at the conference, "Changing Our Perspective: New Ways of Thinking about the Delta," sponsored by the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy and the Water Education Foundation.  Frank participated in a panel discussion entitled, "The Delta's Wicked Problem," which focused on novel crisis management and problem-solving techniques to address the multifaceted ecosystem, water supply, and public safety issues confronting California's Delta region.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a widely respected environmental law scholar and practitioner and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
