Professor Frank Speaks to County Counsels' Association

Professor Richard Frank spoke at the County Counsels' Association of California's annual meeting on December 2 in San Francisco.  Frank briefed attendees on recent developments in federal and state property rights law, land use regulation and government legal ethics.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, recently was named as founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
