Professor Frank Speaks at Climate Change Conference

On October 6, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank '74 gave a presentation to the CLE International-sponsored conference in San Francisco, "Climate Change Regulation."  Frank discussed key climate change litigation developments and trends in the federal and state court systems.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
