Professor Frank Speaks at California State Bar Environmental Conference

On October 24, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the California State Bar Environmental Law Section's annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite National Park.  The topic of his presentation was, "Key Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
