Professor Frank Speaks at California Land Use & Public Policy Conference

On March 9, Professor of Environmental Practice Rick Frank gave the opening address at the second annual California Land Use Law & Policy Conference in Sacramento.  The two-day event is organized by the publishers of California Land Use Reporter.  Professor Frank's address, entitled "Not Your Grandparents' Land Use Process," focused on the evolution of California land use law over the past half century and touched on future land use issues and challenges.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law & Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
