Professor Frank Speaks to California Environmental Protection Agency

On February 16, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank `74 spoke at the request of the General Counsel of the California Environmental Protection Agency to the more than 100 attorneys and paralegals serving within that cabinet-level agency.  The subject of Frank's presentation was "Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals."

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
