Professor Frank Speaks at California County Counsels' Association Land Use Conference

On December 7, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the annual Land Use Conference of the California County Counsels' Association in Sacramento.  The title of his talk was "Recent Developments in Takings Clause and Related Property Rights Litigation in Federal and California State Courts."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
