Professor Frank Speaks at California County Counsels’ Association Conference

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke on December 1 at the annual conference of the California County Counsels’ Association in San Francisco. Professor Frank, who has spoken at this yearly event for more than two decades, provided the assembled local government attorneys from throughout California with an overview of key 2017 land-use, environmental, property rights, and municipal law decisions from both the federal and California state appellate courts.

Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
